Last month, on November 28, 2023, Rewardown was buzzing with excitement at the ISPO International Sporting Goods Expo! We showcased our best, engaged with fellow enthusiasts, and soaked in the incredible energy of the community.
We participated in the event to showcase the potential for recycled down materials, highlighting the applications used in the outdoor and fashion industries.
The event featured some big outdoor names such as Patagonia, Helly Hansen, VAUDE, Jack Wolfskin, Tanboer, and leading accessory brands like Gore-Tex, YCK, TORAY.
Another key reason we participated was to contribute to the Sustainability Hub. Positioned at the entrance hall, this Sustainability Forum showcased companies with cutting-edge sustainable concepts, aligning perfectly with Samsung Down's commitment to responsible practices. The positive response to our eco-friendly approach reinforced the importance of pushing boundaries. It's not just about products; it's about a shared commitment to a greener future.
We were delighted to see how interested people were about our DownPlus traceability system and our Rewardown Recycle Program. Jason Wang, our representative, took the stage alongside Rob Swasey, the European Regional Manager of IDFL, at 5 pm on November 29th. Together, they shared insights into the innovative concept of Rewardown.
Our involvement in the Sustainability Hub was a key element of our participation at the expo, fostering dialogue and driving forward the conversation on eco-conscious practices.
Attending the ISPO Munich International Sporting Goods Fair was a grand success. Everybody’s commitment to positive change in the outdoors and fashion industries allowed us to collectively forge a path toward a greener future, fostering a community dedicated to a positive cause.
We're already looking forward to next year – hoping to reunite with familiar faces and excited to welcome new connections into the Rewardown family. Connecting with like-minded industry players allowed us to not only share the story behind us but also explore potential collaborations and partnerships.
